Technical Data Form

It is possible to provide both a primary and backup icecast or shoutcast stream. Switching occurs after 4 seconds of unavailbility, or after 2 minutes of (,-40db) silence.

Supported formats: MP3, FLAC AAC, OGG etc.

It is recommended that the backup stream is hosted independently of the primary stream, ideally also with different studio connectivity.

Associated data (text & images) to be transmitted:

-via your API REST (http post / http get)

-via regular retrieval of a JSON or XML file from your website (polling)

-via sending an JSON, XML or TXT + image files to our FTP server

-via the ICY current-title of your stream (except FLAC) for DLS text and one or more static image files (carousel)
